This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") covers EMG Connect ("the App"), a private software tool operated by Emigrant ("we", "us") that connects to QuickBooks Online.
The App is for internal use by Emigrant and people it authorizes to work on Emigrant's own books. It is not offered to the public.
Emigrant grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App to access Emigrant's own QuickBooks Online data. The App may not be copied, resold, sublicensed or used to access any other company's data.
The App is currently configured for read-only access to QuickBooks Online data. Any future ability to write to QuickBooks will be limited to Emigrant's own company and will require explicit user confirmation.
Use of QuickBooks Online data through the App is also subject to Intuit's terms of service and developer terms. If this Agreement conflicts with those terms, Intuit's terms take priority.
How data is handled is described in the EMG Connect Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results from the App should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied on for tax filings, financial statements or other official purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Emigrant may stop using the App, or disconnect it from QuickBooks Online, at any time.
